will probably become my go to hand pulled noodle spot in fremont. got to try the minced pork, braised pork belly, and chili oil noodles. chili oil with wide noods was my favorite by far but they were all delicious (and it might be worth it to get an extra order of noodles since they're super generous with the sauce). pig ear and seaweed salad were also both solid!

The FoodWhile searching for dinner on a late Sunday night, I came across this One Piece Lamian so decided to give it a try. My partner and I both ordered their handmade noodle soup dishes. My partner got their recommended Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup (壹條特色牛骨面) with Small Flat noodles. While I wanted lamb, I got their Nourishing Lamb Noodle Soup (滋補羊肉面) with General Wide noodles. I also got one of their Braised Pork Pita Burger (臘汁肉夹餛). Both of the noodle soup came with a milky, light, but good flavor broth. The noodles are also cooked well and have a good chew to it, I quite like it. They also had other dishes like dry noodles, pastries, and appetizers, but will have to try those next time. The MiscellaneousWe discovered the restaurant in a plaza along with other storefronts. The restaurant is pretty spacious inside, there is a good amount of seating. You can push some tables together to accommodate some decent party size. Their staff was quite sincere and the service was good as well during the time we visited. They specialize in lamian (拉面), or hand pulled noodles, so their menu focused on noodle. But they also have other side dish selection as well. The noodles did not disappoint, and would recommend giving this a try if you want some warm noodle soup.

I have been eating many times in this noodle place and enjoyed every time I am here. I liked the beef bone noodles a lot as well as the lamb burger! Price is also very reasonable.

I’ve been here many times and this has to be one of my favorite noodle soup restaurant.Upon seating, you scan the QR code that is located on the table. This is where you see the menu and punch in your order. My go to is the Lanzhou beef noodle soup or signature beef bone noodle soup. The food comes out fairly quick and the prices are fair. Service is friendly and the ambient is nice.

If you want hand made noodles, come here because they have a window you can literally see them making them so you know it's fresh.I ordered the braised pork dry wide noodle which came with an egg and actually did have a little amount of soup so the noodles don't dry up.The portion size was great and the noodles and braised pork were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a noodle craving.

We have never been here or read the reviews before stepping inside. We were just craving soup with noodles. When we were seated, we scanned the QR code to order but the options were in Chinese and the staff mentioned to do it again but start over completely. Afterwards, we were able to complete our order. We ordered the braised pork noodle soup and the pork pita burger. Wow , the broth was delicious! It wasn't salty or too spicy. The pork was very tender with lots of flavor. We requested the thicker noodles, which was perfect. The pita itself is a little bit larger than an English muffin and it's toasted. The shredded pork was ok. It lacked flavor.Overall, we would definitely be returning! Xièxiè

The food isn't bad, but there are better options if you want Chinese noodles. They let you choose noodle thickness, but to me, it was overwhelming since I had no idea what to choose.

Super glad to have scrolled through pho options while in the Bay Area. One Piece Lamian offered noodles we literally watched being made in front of us. It just doesn't get any fresher than that. I especially loved the potato salad appetizer. It was so fresh and zesty! The servings were generous so I'll be able to enjoy another serving thus evening. Great place. ?
