We friends were meeting after a long time and wanted Indian vegetarian food. Hence we decided to come here. This is the first time we have been trying out. It's a self serve place as you will order first and pay then you can eat at the table or do a take out. During my road trip, I was passing by this place and I stumbled upon Saattvik Indian Dhaba. I ordered Chole Bhature and Paneer Paratha. Their Chole Bhature were truly dhaba style. I am fond of Chole Bhature and I have been to many places in TX, NY/NJ, FL and WA for Chole Bhature BUT by far this place has the best Chole Bhature in America in my personal list.
