One of the finest Indian vegetarian food outlets in Fremont. The ambiance, more suited for takeout than for dine-in due to limited space, still adds to the overall charm of the place. I've indulged in their Shahi Paneer Korma, butter rotis, Chole Masala, and Onion Chilli Parathas extensively, and the taste and quality consistently impress. The pricing is also quite reasonable. And let's not forget Mr. Pavan, the wonderfully customer-friendly owner, who truly sets this establishment apart and makes it one of my favorite spots to enjoy a delicious meal here in the Bay Area. P.S. Not a complaint, just my personal observation: The 'Shahi Paneer Korma' here is not exactly what the name suggests, but more akin to 'Paneer Butter Masala' in disguise!

We ordered food for a baby shower event. The menu consisted of dal makhni, shahi paneer, aaloo gazar matar, chilly paneer, gobi manchurian, veg biryani, chapati and gazar halwa. Everything was made fresh and tasted awesome. All our guests complimented the food. The delivery was done on time and Satwik staff made the whole process very easy.

If you are craving for home style Indian Vegetarian food then this is the place to visit in Fremont. Their food is not only delicious but extremely reasonably priced. I am a regular customer & never get tired of their quality food with various "ready to eat" options to select from. Owners & staff are very down to earth & polite.

Amazing place. Good food and great service. I had trouble ordering and the front desk attendant did a great job. Thank you and kudos.

These are the items we ordered:Chole bhature : bad tasting, flattened instead of repeated requests for a fula hua bhaturaPapdi chaatPaneer parathaThe worst was the indo chinese thali- oil and only oil, no tasteI never rate indian places badly ( okay I am biased), but this is the worst in the South BayDon’t go for the positive reviewsStay away from this scam restaurantWill make sure to mention to everyone who comes to Fremont to avoid this place

Saattvik Indian Dhaba has been here for years. Outside & inside dining options. Both just a few tables. No decor. Menu posted on wall behind food counter. Offering: thalis, Indian vegeterian food. Chaats & most items available only on weekend. Order at counter, pay, get food.. Eats: 2 non paneer entries thali (9.99) + chai.. -choose eggplant & spinach from steam table. Each scoop+, generous serving. Both had bold favors from Indian spices & herbs. Not bland at all. -ate some (basmatic) rice. (Usually do with curries). -rice was also a big serving. -2 tawa roti tasted better than the usual naan. Chai wasn't a disappointment. Seem made to order. When i asked how much? Was Told $15. I Paid it . Didn't question the math. Older counter person was helpful navigating my ordering. I was lost, just followed his lead. I wanted to take leftovers to go in a box. He scoop a spoon of panner curry on top of my rice. Informed me a box would cost me $10, Since they only use it to sell take out orders. We settled on aluminum foil to cover my plate. Win-Win! 4.5 stars food tasted great! Paneer curry too. If repeat, need to come weekends for full menu. Place probably busier...

We friends were meeting after a long time and wanted Indian vegetarian food. Hence we decided to come here. This is the first time we have been trying out. It's a self serve place as you will order first and pay then you can eat at the table or do a take out. If you sit and eat, once finished you will have to clear the plates etc. It's a small place, food was okay. We decided to have paneer thali and one of the friends had gobi paratha. We also ordered bajre ki roti since it's healthy and has fiber in it. The palak paneer tasted sweet, which is a rare scenario so I didn't like it much. The Rajasthani gatta curry was okay. Kaju Paneer curry was okay. I didn't find anything great or unique to call out. The service was good, the lady at the counter was very helpful who showed us the menu that was posted on the wall and shared what's available for drinks, etc. We didn't order any drinks as they have soda, tap water and mango lassi. It gave the buffet style. You have to use a paper towel for napkins as there weren't any available. I think this place is more of a take out business than a restaurant dining place.

Checked the reviews and came.Wish I could have an option to leave NULL rating. Came for adrak chai, it’s just hot water and charged whooping 4$ for that. Not worth at all.

I don't like to write negative reviews but I have to post this to let you guys know that we got sick after eating your *Choley Bhatoorey*a week later, my friend ate at the same place, same order, and he complained about the same issue. So I hope you guys fix your recipe and maybe change the oil you use to make Bhatoorey.
