So I went during the peak dinner time from 6 to 9 on a Saturday. This can be one of the busiest times because of the show and weekends but the service was awesome and when I asked for something, it was still given right away despite the loud, fun chaos! Been going here during lunch because I get worried its too busy on dinners but Ming and the entire team were fast and attentive. So come during dinner because its a totally different vibe!
Haidilao has one of the greatest eating atmospheres around. Ming served us and she was the best! Always checked in and made us feel very welcomed. Food was great and everything arrived in a timely manner.
I had an amazing experience at Haidilao thanks to our server, Ming. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her warm attitude and thoughtful service really made the dinner special. Thank you, Ming, for taking such great care of us — we’ll definitely be coming back!
