A bit on the crowded side with seating available. The parking was a bit confusing with some large trucks parked in the lot. Otherwise easy location to get in and out of with a convenient drive through available for those who want to keep moving.

The ambiance is generally pretty low-key and clean, suitable for business meetings or in-person and Zoom calls, though outlets for charging can be hard to find. Service is frequently friendly and fast, with easy check-out and perfect drinks, even during hectic times like holidays. The drive-thru offers fast and delightful service. However, service can be inconsistent; some customers receive their drinks and food out of order, and staff may sweep with a broom while customers are still sitting and drinking, which can be disruptive. Specific drinks enjoyed include the grande pistachio cream cold brew with light ice, noted for its perfect sweetness and hint of pistachio flavor, the Dubai matcha, the berry refresher with boba, the white chocolate mocha, and a strawberry iced drink. The boba is smaller than regular size. Occasional errors occur, like adding whip cream when it was not requested. Samples of baked goods are sometimes offered.
