TERRIBLY RUDE BARISTA. Looking at other reviews, it seems it is “normal” for the baristas in this store to get the orders wrong and still have the audacity to be rude instead of be apologetic.I was given a grande when I ordered trenta on my drink. When I told that at the pick up counter, I was “ordered” to go to the cashier and tell them myself even though the cashier was 3 ft away from him.They punched my order again and I paid the owed amount and they proceeded to change my order. I saw that they just added more ice to the cup and poured the grande which made the trenta cup full so I asked to make it less ice.That is when the cashier who got my order wrong (blond, short girl) butted in and said “next time, tell everything you want in your order at the cashier”.I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of them getting my order wrong even though it’s added to my wait time because I thought we all make mistakes anyway but her rudeness made me think otherwise so I answered her back and told her “next time, get my order right”.Your baristas in Starbucks at Boscell Rd need to learn customer service. I have been to other Starbucks where baristas are genuinely nice and doesn’t show that they hate their job. It sucks that this is the closest Starbucks to my work and I have to start my mornings dealing with rude barista.

I live in the Glenmore area and was very very surprised to know how quick this new Starbucks was built. It reminds me of the reserve Starbucks in New York and Seattle. Love how friendly and clean it is along with the drive-through as well. Like I said, it was very surprised how quickly this came up.

I had an app order saying ready for pickup at 10:04. I arrived at 10:17 and it is not ready. The waitress told me: “just be patient” ?‍♀️ I can sure be patient but I cannot bear her attitude. Sorry she had a crazy busy morning but this is her job.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I wouldn't come back if it wasn't close to my workplace. Today was exceptionally bad. They advertised free multi-purpose mugs for orders of their specified coffee, but when I ordered the Vt pep mint for $6.95 at 10 AM and asked for the free mug, the staff impatiently claimed they ran out, which is absurd considering they only open at 8 AM today. This incident has left me with a negative impression of this place, and it also affects my view of Starbucks, even though this coffee shop is not the only one around.

My favorite Starbucks place, it's near to my office and the service is always great. Parking or drive through, both are easy. I like the friendliness of the people here. I came to try their fall drinks last week, it's not my favorite because of the cinnamon powder, it's too strong the cinnamon taste which overruled the coffee flavor. I told the barista and she was kind to remake another cup for me.

First time at this Starbucks. Went through the drive-thru. Customer service was good, wait time was good and end of product was good. We enjoyed our drinks and the ham and cheese croissants. ??

It can get busy especially on the weekend mornings. Service very good, and very accommodating when needed. Parking may be a hassle though as people flock to this place.
