Not even sure if this place is still open. Came here at 3 different time, Tues around 8pm, Sat around 5pm Sunday around 2pm. None of the time was opened. Store seemed closed all the time now.

We came today for a birthday party. We'd planned dessert here after lunch at Mission Pizza. We checked the hours in advance, but they weren't open and it was almost 1pm. Such a bummer. 16 disappointed people had to find somewhere else to go!!!

The sole purpose of me writing this review is to say: This place does not have food! We were looking for a dessert /SLASH/ food place on our way home last week and we were really annoyed when we got here and there was NO food. As far as we could tell this place has never served food. The pictures on yelp are super misleading! This business has posted pics of chicken wings, pizza, "combo meals" etc but they don't actually serve any hot food and that is SOOOOOO not cool. Now, that being said, I wanted dessert and I got it. I wanted the red velvet dessert on the menu they handed me, but they said they were out (STRIKE 2) so I got the green tea instead. We left shortly after they brought it out to go find a different place for everyone else in my group to get actual food. Some other things to note: This place was hard to find, we had to park in the back of a plain looking business park and walk around looking for it. Also, it was empty, there were no other customers. Still, the ice cream I got was fine so despite all the negatives I am still giving Icy Blue 2 stars. I hope this review helps, because it definitely would have helped us :)

I've been to Icy Blue a few times here in Fremont, after noticing that they offer milk tea drinks similar to the neighboring T4. I feel as if the Tea Quality is not up to par compared to other milk tea places in the area or even just in general. Also, the options for the drinks are really limited here, one of the only things they have going for them here are they give you the options of putting the tea in the bags rather than regular cups. They need to improve the quality of tea and drinks that they make and serve. The customer service is another thing they have going for them, the people that work here are really friendly and always greet you with a smile and a thank you at the end. They also use Fivestars for rewards and points. Don't forget to input your number points!

Had the berry banana smoothie, it was perfect and service was stellar. Highly recommend!

Ice cream taste ok. Nothing to say about. The only good thing is the closest ice cream shop from my home.

Was a hot day and I spotted Icy Blue across the street and convinced my husband to come with me to share a tasty treat. We decided to get the oreo ice cream roll up which came with two oreo cookies on top and two chocolate pocky sticks. While the coldness of the ice cream felt good given the hot weather, I couldn't really taste the cookies n cream flavor off the bat because of how cold the ice cream was. Sounds weird right? The flavor only started to get a little stronger as the ice cream melted. While this won't be a go to place for me to come when in the mood for ice cream, it's still a decent choice.
