Always awesome sandwiches at Ike's... just wish this mall wasn't just the military recruitment center and a tiny theater.

The people making my sandwich got their shirts all over the top of the sandwiches and sauce. Then he put new gloves on and preceded to wipe his fresh gloves on his dirty clothes before making my sandwich. No care for sanitary conditions because it's ran by children

Adam Richman - fried chicken ham pesto honey avocado Swiss cheese, dirty sauce in a hot Dutch crunch was awesome! I really enjoyed my birthday sandwich thank you!
I would love to try the Damon Bruce with steak, beer battered onion rings next time.

Death good
Our first visit here was really good and we loved the sandwiches as well... However last Saturday when we went here for lunch we were disappointed. The guy behind the counter was so rude. When we asked for the sandwich by number, he very rudely told us to order by saying the name of the sandwich, which we totally get but he could ask it nicely. Last time we did order with a number and we did get what we asked for.
This time even after telling that guy the name of the sandwich he messed up our order. Since it was a to-go order we found it after coming home and couldn't get it changed. Not the service we expected from this place. Very disappointed 😞

Love Ike’s, but this location is not it… I was so happy to hear they were opening one nearby since the Pleasanton location is so out of the way, but everytime we go to this location we get disappointed; especially since we are paying so much for sandwiches. Customer service here is lacking.. we went inside to order and the staff were avoiding eye contact and went to the back for AWHILE, when they came out they were just talking with eachother and again, avoiding eye contact until a different guy came out from the back and finally helped us. Mind you, we didn’t saying anything rude or do anything, we were just standing there waiting for when they’d be ready. I was even contemplating just ordering online if that’d be faster or easier for them. I’ve worked fast food and restaurants for years so I understand when you’re busy and can’t get to something right away.. but this was just astonishing because they weren’t doing anything that would prevent them from helping us, we didn’t even get acknowledged when we came in. When we finally got everything and left, we were thoroughly disappointed once again. The sandwiches were so skimpy and had SO much sauce it was dripping over everything, making it impossible to eat. The sandwiches were 70% bread and 20% sauce, it was less than appetizing. Sorry to say we will not be going to this location again, better off making the drive for a better experience and a happy stomach.

I enjoy Ike’s, I just wish this location would have Spiffy Tiffy sandwich here since I drive out to Redwood City to get it.
