I got literally the last available cake at 6 pm on a Saturday. Their matcha has a strong matcha taste and is not too sweet.

The 4” cakes here were perfect for my small bday celebration with just me and my wife. I got the matcha cake which was delicious, light, and not overly sweet. The service was excellent as well, as the bakers in the store were able to add small customizations like a cute smiley face on the cake and print happy birthday.

The cake was super super good. It’s actually taste matcha 😍. It’s soft and tasteful. 1000% recommended. You should call first to make sure they have a cake for you.

Bought their chocolate cake for a birthday. It was delicious. Very lite and fluffy. The sweetness and taste was just perfect.

This seasalt oreo sooo good it has to be pre order at least 2 days. They also have 4” cakes. If you want a fluffy not too sweet cake and freshly made this is highly recommended. But you have to pre order especially on weekends as they are always booked with lots of orders so the cakes mostly sold out. They also make beautiful custom cake I saw them boxing it and that is what I am planning to order next time. Izumi Cakes thank you for making our celebration enjoyable with this tasty cake🥰

A weird smell came out when I stepped into the shop. The menu looked years old and almost worn out. I’d recommend some renovation work to make the interior more comfortable. On the other hand, the cake is very soft and fluffy where I like the most. The green cream tastes strong matcha flavor, a little bitter, matches well with the sweetness of the cake. But the white cream is barely flavored and tastes too light. And the shop didn’t seem to be prepared for utensils and the staff had a find me some all over the place.

Ridiculous. You open at 11 but have nothing to sell? We drove 40 minutes for nothing, only to be told things are only available in the afternoon.
This is stupid and a complete waste of time. Update your website or Google info—don’t mislead people……….

Got there around 4pm and there were only three flavors left, not including the matcha.

The cake has a hole in the middle, but no cream on the inner surface. Not sure what's the point of leaving a hole there, seems like just a way to waste some cake.
