I don't usually leave negative reviews but I kind of had to. Got our food to dine in; they gave us no tray, utensils or anything, just the box even though we specified we were eating inside.
The restaurant had no coke or ice. Once the ice was provided, we went to get coke / soda and they were all watery so we had to dump the ice we got regardless and couldn't get more.
Employees were rude and dismissive. Our food came out burnt. Really disappointing, even for a fast food joint.

We order jack in the box in uber eats, and I order chicken burger all I get is just a bun , lettuce cheese and tomato and they forgot the chicken

We went to this Jack in the Box today and have always gone as its the closest Jack to us, always had a good experience however its been going down hill. We have had many visits where items are forgotten or meals not done right. Tonight was the last straw and our last visit. Our meals were cold, fry sizes were not right (regular fries instead of the large we ordered), we were missing tacos and were told after we got our bags that the soda fountain wasn't working; that the lemonade tasted like soda and the sodas were all syrup so we just got cups of ice because who just wants soda syrup?
Staff was nice, but the food was not.

Gave my order wrong and my sprite tastes like watered down lemonade and my coke tasted like sparkling water.
It's good to have this place as an option late at night and early morning. The food is decent and the staff is polite. It's usually pretty fast service in the wee hours!

Lady in the drivethrough tells me I have my balance left ? Didn’t even give a receipt
Drive through lady admitted it was her error took both receipts charged my card $11 for a small Coke Zero
