There are several times that I stop by to get a snack during the early hours of the morning, I arrive exhausted from my work, the establishment's sign shouts with its lights that it is open and the attendant says that the store is closed, a real absurdity and disregard for customers !

I'm upset writing this because I have never left a review before but this was just awful and left me with possible food poisoning. I ordered a boba drink, brownie and salad today and literally all three were terrible. Being respectful as I can, the drink itself was extremely watered down and a very odd dark brown color when this drink is normally a beige, the boba pearls were rock solid I only got two sips of this before I ultimately had to give it up because of the taste. This was my first time ordering the brownie and it was also stone cold? I assumed it would have been hot and figured it was my mistake until I saw the packing and it read "caution, this may be hot". The salad tasted very old, the leaves were brown and soggy as well as the tomatoes. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to others as I am currently feeling very sick from this.

The munchie meal for 11 dollars spicy chicken is what I always get.. and i love it! With 2 tacos and halfsie fries.. Get it!
Their hours both online and on their drive thru windows say 24/7 but when I went at 4:30 AM the lady told me it was closed over the intercom with no explanation, even though I saw her giving food to a car in front of me. Then she immediately hid in the backroom to avoid questions about when they’ll open again and updated hours by me and a customer behind me when we passed the drive thru window.
Whenever I come to this place after midnight they give me an excuse that they are on break and tell me to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. This makes no sense for fast food and have never seen this before and happens everytime at this location. I then have to go to a location further from my house and they serve me quick and efficiently. An absolute waste of my time this is unacceptable
