If I could give it 0 stars for customer service, I would. No one even came out from the back for a solid 5 minutes before asking about my order- I told them what I had- just cheesy bread and an order of bread sticks with sauce. The girl said she’d check on it, walked in the back, and disappeared for another 5 minutes til I made eye contact with her around the corner- she turned to tell dude about it and he started making the order. Mind you, my email was past estimated pick up time & said the food was already in the oven. When I asked about timing, she said the order never showed up on their screen & asked if I wanted to talk to a manager. Out walks dude that just put food in the oven. I ask why the app said the food was being cooked if they never got my order and he said their beta app sometimes messes up. I asked how much longer the wait was, and he told me another 20 minutes- then the girl walks out from the back with stuffed breadsticks- not even what I asked. I left with something that wasn’t even my order because someone left a group of teenagers in charge that doesn’t understand how to operate a business. 0/5 do not recommend.

Very very good. To hr on the safe side you should ask for a fresh pizza, not a hit and ready. Usually hot and readys are great. They will usually try to only keep them for 4 hours. So if you get one that's been in for that long the crust is all weird and the cheese is glazey and the texture and everything is awful.So- just what the extra 10 minutes for a fresh one.
My boyfriend is a huge fan of their breadsticks. We'll even go out of our way to buy them. Overall all Little Caesar's are about the same. Decent food for a decent price. Usually there really isn't anyone waiting inside the store, customers just get their food and go home to eat. Like most locations it's quite small and it's mainly just the front counter where the cashier is. If your pizza is ready and you're just picking it up then it usually takes no more than a couple minutes to pick up.

Sometimes you just have a craving for the pizza used to eat in high school because that's all the allowance issued by your immigrant parents afforded you (split three ways with friends). For me, that's deep dish Little Caesar's and last week I picked one up for $14 with a coupon code. Those golden edges just hit the spot. However, because the crust is so thick, sometimes it doesn't cook all the way in some spots, but this location is better than most at keeping the quality consistent.

Burnt pizzas were apparently the order of the day as that was all the hapless crew managed to churn out for more than an hour.More. Than. An. Hour.On a good note, I, in a rather gregarious and boisterous mood despite the unreasonable circumstances managed to meet some amazing people.As we'd all ordered online, we had a stake in remaining.Unfortunately, confusion ensued as only two of the four pizzas I had ordered had been prepared and the wait continued. But, but, don't despair, the other patrons and I had even more to talk about as a result of this!!One hour and some change later, I left with my pre-ordered pizzas.

If I could give it no stars I would! The customer service is horrible! I ordered online and was told my pickup time was 8:29 pm, I go in at that time and was told it was in the oven. My husband goes in 9:20pm and was told, "It's probably not even in the oven!" We asked for a refund! One of the young boys was in the back was throwing toppings on the pizzas! Very bad customer service! One of the guys in the back had some friends walk in and grab a pizza and soda within a few seconds!

Shrinkflation? What happened here? Ordered the same pizza I always do and got two round 4 piece pizza's instead of the square traditional deep dish with more slices.... What's happening Caesar? Is another one of my go too places ruined?

Definitely recommend coming here for cheap good pizza. Staff is always friendly and occasionally give free bread sticks at the end of the night which is always great.

Going to this type of place you expect poor customer service. With unexpected foresight little Caesars corp decided to create pizza portal, a way for them to hire the people with the worst customer service skills but still provide an passable experience. Hooray. You may think, I just want my pizza in a timely manner so this is perfect. Sadly this isn't so. Despite being told I would be emailed and have an employee-interaction free experience, this location thinks that interaction with their disgruntled employees provides the best experience.
