An online search for good Filipino food in the East Bay led me to this restaurant. A friend and I have eaten there several times. It’s a casual, cafeteria-style business with a small but cozy dining area. Irene was very welcoming and was happy to describe some of the dishes. Her customer service is exceptional! Top notch service even on busy days (it was the day before Christmas) , wherein I only ordered 2 servings of lumpia and of pansit guisado for 3 people. Irene accommodated my order and my request to pick up after hours. She even gave a tip on how to reheat the lumpia. I could not be more pleased! The pansit was very tasty, with generous ingredients plus toppings of lechon kawali that no one in the bay area offers! My husband, who is very particular with pansit, enjoyed the dish...

This restaurant has CRISPY SISIG! Since I moved to the Bay Area, it’s been hard to find this kind of sisig. I just happen to not like the sizzling kind.✌️
I like being able to crunch on the onions. The seasoning is spot-on also. The ladies in Manila Turo-Turo are so nice and accommodating. Love their service. I’ll be coming back for more❣️
