Loved this experience. The tea leaf salad is a world class dish.
Some of the finest Malaysian Cuisines you can find in the Bay Area. Foods are 10/10. Highly recommended to anyone craving for some Southeast Asian taste buds.

I will come again! It will be a go to place for vegetarians on a low carb diet. As you have a lot of options for them that are tasty and enjoy without guilt.

Not like us expected with previous location before in Fremont, fish curry was salty and I got insects bite when dining here
Very good Malaysian food, close to what we had tasted while touring Malaysia. This will be one of our goto lunch/dinner place for a change.

Mingala is a hidden gem in Fremont! Their bak kut teh nails the balance—rich, peppery broth with tender ribs but none of the overpowering herbal “medicine” bite. The hae mee bursts with deep prawn sweetness, every slurp tasting like fresh-boiled shrimp shells in the best way.

Wonderful little Malaysian restaurant that's perfect for family visits or dates. The food is excellent and the owners are friendly. Fremont is so lucky to have Mingala in its food scene.
This used to be a very good place for Malay food. After Tuesday, would not come again. The roti was flat thick not fluffy, the bak kut teh was not there, temperature just not hot etc. just a very disappointed meals.
Not very authentic Singapore food. Laksa is not what we expect. Hainan chicken is ok but the sauce is not right.
We had lunch based on the great reviews. Disappointed.
Bustling Southeast Asian in South Bay, serving Malaysian and Burmese classics to a largely Asian dining clientele.
Tea Leaf Salad gets all the flavor profiles right — unctuous, nutty, savory, but still citrusy and light.
Excellent for to-go and delivery, as hot items are stored in a hot closet till pickup. A great option when ordering-in for a relaxed family dinner at home.
