What a unique gem in the East Bay! I don't know anywhere else you can get authentic German cuisine this good, in the area. So come for the bratwurst, come for the freshly sliced deli meats, come for the potato salad and definitely try the kraut! I prefer the sandwiches here; my favorites are "The Ultimate" and their "pastrami" on dutch crunch, with all the fixings. Some of the sandwich options you can order hot. What a gem - came here for lunch while visiting Fremont. Love the friendly service and the pastrami sandwich was bursting with flavor! Tried it with two different types of bread and both were delicious. I recommend calling an order in or simply wait patiently while your food is being prepped. 5 stars!
