Turned away at the door for having a service dog. Staff demanded “documentation,” then claimed the owner and “city hall regulations” wouldn’t allow us in. Rude attitude and handled terribly. Not recommended.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived with our small service dog (quiet, contained in a carrier) and before we could be seated, the server demanded “documents” proving it was a service animal. We explained that service animals typically do not have official paperwork, but she refused to listen and said the owner would not allow us to enter or dine there.

To make it worse, she insisted “city hall regulations” don’t allow animals in restaurants, which is misleading in this context and felt like an excuse rather than a real policy discussion. The overall tone was rude and unprofessional.

Regardless of anyone’s personal feelings about animals, the way this was handled was disrespectful. We left immediately and won’t return.

Best QQ noodles! The braised beef is always so tender and the broth is very flavorful! I traveled an hour to eat here with a friend, and it was very worth it!

Dear Ox9 - please consider standardizing your menu offerings with all locations., It's very confusing when one location offers fried rice, another offers different noodle options for stir fried noodles, and others offer different protein options. Consistency would help the customer experience.

I ordered the beef chow mein and it was FANTASTIC. The beef was incredibly flavorful and tender. The noodles were perfect. Definetly will come back again. The service was wonderful I was never out of water. The thai tea was good as expected. The pork bao was good and wonderful not too chewy texture.

I stopped by Ox 9 Noodles while in a hurry and needed something quick to-go for lunch — and they delivered! We drove up, scanned the QR code on the counter, placed the order, and in less than 10 minutes I was walking out with my food. Talk about fast service — but definitely not “fast food” quality!

Braised Beef Stew Noodles: The beef was incredibly tender and exactly what I was craving. At first, the broth tasted a bit salty, but once everything was mixed together, it was just right. I added extra stewed beef for $7, and it was absolutely worth it!

Juicy Pork Burger: So glad I ordered this too — it paired perfectly with the leftover beef broth. The pork was juicy, flavorful, and just salty enough to balance the flatbread (which I learned is called rou jia mo or bai ji mo). Delicious!

Service was quick and friendly — the lady at the counter was warm and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for another bowl (and another pork or cumin beef burger)!

Amazing taste and very comforting food. The spicy is just perfect not too spicy but also not too weak. The broth in the soup is also extremely flavorful.

Highly recommend the lanzhou hand pulled noodles. The wide noodles are also amazing. The best part is you can choose what you are feeling.

Visiting from Texas for a business trip. I Had a long day at work and needed to do laundry for my trip back home. I didn't get a chance to eat all day. I stopped by Ox9 and ordered the Crispy lamb chops. The cashier who helped me was so sweet and helpful. I am so glad I got to stop here. The lamb chops were amazing!!! I hope that I may get a chance to return and stop by OX9 again

Bad very very bad customer service. They have a lady that is so rude to the customer. I have been eating here a couple of time and I also recommended it because it seen like a enjoyable place to eat but after what happened to us I take it back. Also I have ordered to go and they don’t give you what you order. The last time I order here the food was wrong and the service even worse! I when to pick up my food and the rude lady refused to let me go WITH MY FOOD! that I had already paid for. She demanded me to show her the name for the order and I kept telling her that I wasn’t a dasher. She was tug o war with me and my food and the worse part is she was doing this in front of her customers.

Delicious! Love the service and the food. Great experience!

This place offers the best freshly made noodles. The large flat noodle soup is my go to dish. The spicy lamb skewers are good. Actually every dish I tried was good. 😊
