Stopped by Paris Baguette and honestly loved it. The hot chocolate was super rich and comforting, not too sweet. The lemon strawberry croissant was fresh, flaky, and had a nice balance of sweet and tangy. Perfect combo for a chill break. Would definitely come back.

I purchased three cake slices. All 3 cake slices were spoiled. The NY cheese cake had sour taste and the strawberry cake cream tasted like raw expired milk. The crepe cake was not as bad but still tasted bad. We threw away all three slices.
I immediately provided feedback on the app thinking someone will respond to my feedback. Since I didn’t hear back from them, I went to the store to complain. Instead the lady at the register gave me a hard time saying she doesn’t know how to use app. Why did I put my feedback on app and that I should have called. I asked her if she would answer the phone at 10:00 pm. She said you could have called next day. After speaking to her manager she refused to cooperate. She said I don’t know what to tell you, you should have come next day with evidence of spoiled cakes.
Do they really expect one to keep those spoiled cakes till next day? My stomach was upset after taking a bite of those slices. My husband and daughter tried them too and they too said they tased spoiled. My immediate response was to throw them away.
She said there is no proof. I showed her the purchase on the app and on my credit card. But she still refused to cooperate.
We have been PB customers for years. But this incident and customer service is beyond ridiculous. I will probably never return to PB unless the manager takes some serious action to address the situation. I am concerned about the food quality.
