Went there Saturday night around 8.15 pm. They close at 9.00 pm. We ordered 3 hot chocolate drinks. After they served us, we were told we cannot sit there. The hot chocolate was cold.
There was no positive vibes in the place from the employees.
I was very disappointed with them.

Nice parking in the disabled parking spot, he said he was the owner of Paris baguette and was in a rush, watched a guy in a handicap plated van hobble across the parking lot because this guy was blocking the disabled parking spot to get to the Starbucks next door

I biked here and got a lemon donut and a deep fried crab filled croquette. The donut doesn't have the bright sheen but taste very nice. The croquette is greasy, crunchy, good, but low on filling. I won't be coming back since the Calaveras location is closer to home with a better French ambiance and lots of tables.

I am sure Paris Baguette is meant to be a little more classy than a Winchell's donut house, but my first visit to one didn't convince me. The variety of baked goods look nice and are arranged well. But the savory items are served cold and are sodium bombs. The croissants are fine, as are the buns. On the other hand, the door and three areas behind the counter were plastered with cheap printed notices proclaiming in all caps NO LATTE, NO CAPPUCCINO, NO AMERICANOS. I'm assuming their espresso machine died since all of those items are actually on the menu...maybe a classier notice (and not so many) could be made? The tables were filthy with dried coffee stains and a couple had crumbs. Customers shouldn't have to ask for wipes to clean their tables. So, the service... disinterested. The staff were more involved in having some conversation behind the counter than anything else.

Their espresso machine has been broken for a while now. I don't think any serious bakery/cafe would go that long without having one.
Only ordered a latte and waited for a while. They need to be reminded to start to prepare my order. Wasted my time.

Staff was lovely and the store itself was clean and well laid out, but Paris Baguette really fell short on the food. The almond croissant was so dry and overcooked it was inedible. Given that the shop had only been open for a few days, I was expecting them to bring their a-game. Very disappointing for such a popular chain.

Felt like they racially profiled me for being an Indian and I had a bitter experience with the person at the counter. She even went to an extent to ask me if I can pay by credit card instead of cash. Pathetic experience.

Servers could’ve been a little more attentive. We specifically told them we would have the food in the cafe itself and still they packed it in a box. On telling them again, they behaved as if they heard it for the first time. Did give us the plates then.Tables could be cleaner.
