Have been enjoying this dim sum gem for several years now when visiting family in the Bay Area, and it is unquestionably the most delicious I have had the privilege of encountering. 5 tables of 10 each. Banquet menu with about 9 dishes. Food and service was very good. Winter melon soup was tasty but could have been temperature hotter. All other dishes were well executed. Recommended!

This is formerly known as Pearl Bay Tea House.. It is with new management and owner now. The Grand opening was yesterday (8/13). The dim sum is authentic and savory. The price is slightly above average with good service.
