For anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine, Saattvik Indian Dhaba in Fremont is the place to go. The food is absolutely fantastic—every dish is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. I highly recommend trying the Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhani, Malai Soya Chaap, and Soya Chaap Curry.

We had lunch here including mix veg paratha and weekend specials thali. They were out of the world. Everything including paratha, kofta, dal makhani and soya chap all were fantastic. Definitely my go-to place now.

Paneer Malai kofta are the best curry to eat here along with tava roti with butter.
I like the paneer chilli, soya chap, paneer saag as well here.
Everyday they have plenty of curry options which are available with 16oz, 24oz, 32oz boxes.
They do have tray options as well.

One can get added to WhatsApp group they have, to get updates on menu of the day.
