Absolutely love the team here! Pretty much everyone is so friendly and helpful. Chelsea is the best! & they give the cutest stickers or notes with your item, to get your day going.
When I walk into this local Starbucks store which has over 5 employees, all of them have head phones on all the time. I feel so neglected that with so many employees, not even one is ready to even take my order. Many times there aren’t even any cars in the drive through lane, and employees still keep their headphones over heads just to avoid customers and keep talking to each other (at least it feels that way)
This Starbucks stands out as the best we've visited in a while. I don’t remember the lady’s name but her exceptional service surpassed expectations on every level. Her professionalism sets a high standard, and other locations could benefit from having her train their staff on customer service. A big thank you for the outstanding experience.
