Worst Starbucks in the area. Emplpyees are slow, rude, and confrontational. Whoever manages this place also doesn't schedule enough people to work there. Skip it and go down the street!

Why are they stating that they close at 8 pm, but stop taking orders 7:40 pm? Do your job and stop being lazy. Shame on the management for not training them properly and not holding them accountable. Fire them and hire better people.

I went to this location today and the customer service was not good. The girl that took my order seemed friendly at first, but it wasn't until she started talking to the other girl when i realized how rude they both were. I ordered an iced chai with oatmilk and two pumps of brown sugar syrup. The other girl(pretty sure she was indian) started talking to the other barista about how weird my drink was. She sounded so offended that I was having a chai with oatmilk. She stated how upset she was that someone ordered a drink with oatmilk and the other worker loudly agreed with her. They were having this conversation 5 FEET away from me, so I obviously heard the whole thing. I understand if a drink someone orders may not interest you, but you don't have to be this rude about someone else's choices. @Starbucks Management, train your employees better and teach them to be friendly with customers. (btw the drink was fine, not amazing)

Just had the worst customer service experience this morning at around 11:30am. I came up to the register seeing as there's no line I'm standing waiting with my cousins and the 2 workers are in the back just talking and so we're just waiting and when we finally get their attention and they start taking our order but then they continue to talk as if we weren't there and was on their phone on and off and couldn't even get our order because she wasn't paying ANY attention so we just canceled our order. Seriously the worst customer service and won't be order at this trash location anymore.

Wouldn't recommend coming here. My cousin and I were ordering our starbucks drinks, while my cousin was saying our order the girl who attended us was on her phone and a few seconds after that, another female coworker came up to her and started having a full on conversation lmao.. I ended up telling her to cancel that s*** cause tf i look like waiting around while these two dummys have a conversation.

I like to write reviews so that if there is excellent service it can be recognized and if there is poor service it can be addressed. My review is for a female member on the AM staff at the target starbucks. She needs better training on customer service etiquette and the overall process of how things should be done according to company procedures. Maybe train her better before shes out in the floor. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old waiting in line for about 10 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of us. They weren't screaming but they were babbling and talking and making sounds like a 1&3yo would, and the team member actually covered her ears in front of me. I thought that was very rude an inappropriate. If you don't want to be around people in the morning, I would highly advise against having a job at a starbucks on the morning shift. She was not welcoming and did not greet us. She did not prompt that the card terminal in ready for payment. When a customer in front if me asked for a muffin she just brought out the whole cart from the back. It was all very unprofessional and you could tell she was not a people pleaser. On the contrary I asked the male member for a drink stopper and he didnt have one and suggested i can use a lid and THAT 10second interaction was way more professional than the female. Please train staff member on how to give patrons a better experience.
