Why are they stating that they close at 8 pm, but stop taking orders 7:40 pm? Do your job and stop being lazy. Shame on the management for not training them properly and not holding them accountable. Fire them and hire better people.
I went to this location today and the customer service was not good. The girl that took my order seemed friendly at first, but it wasn't until she started talking to the other girl when i realized how rude they both were. I ordered an iced chai with oatmilk and two pumps of brown sugar syrup. The other girl(pretty sure she was indian) started talking to the other barista about how weird my drink was.
