Recently opened, so everything from food, service, and atmosphere is in great condition. I took the liberty to judge on everything from restroom to table bbq, to service staff. Let’s get to it. K I’ll. There was 9 of us. 3:30pm. Perfect time to go. They opened at3:00. We did the 49$ per person. We got everything on the menu. Started with the beef bone marrow for all. Tasty stuff , if u like that kind of thing. Not so much 4 me. We continue with bulgogi, short rib, rib eye. And kept going. U cook it yourself. Service was excellent, but missed a few repeat items. We hammered them of soooo many side dishes. All in all we ate a ton ;). Must check it out once. We did Gen bbq many times, but wanted to try the next In” thing As always, post wherever you end up. Especially where u haven’t been to.
Vegetarian options: Really, this is a bbq.

Food: At first it was hotpot & AYCE bbq but the hotpot soups were a bit bland and the veggie bar for the hotpot didn’t have too much variety. Now it’s just BBQ, and the bbq part has always been pretty good. I’d highly recommend the short rib & pork jowl. The sides/appetizers are also all solid but the one I’d recommend is the Bone Marrow.
Service: The last time I’d gone, the service was amazing! Even though we ordered from a tablet, our waitress Jasmine was always super welcoming & attentive. She always made sure our grill wasn’t burnt, our orders were being properly delivered, and our drinks were filled. The bussers (Miguel & Joe) were both amazing as well! They made sure our tables stayed cleaned and even though it was super busy, they always made the extra effort to ask us if we were enjoying our food or if we needed anything else. The service really made for a super positive experience and I wanted to say thanks to them for being amazing!

We went on a weekend where It can get busy. It was our first time here and I gotta say our experience was not disappointing. Our waiter “Tristan” was our server and he always made sure our experience was top notch. Our food was never late, he checked up on us, he answered any questions we had, and his spirit as a server will make us come back next time. Thank you Tristan. Overall the food here was 4.5/5 and experience 5/5

This is my 2nd time here and maybe my last. I've eaten here with my family of 4 and for the quality it's a good value. I appreciate the premium menu but a lot of KBBQ have tier menus so this is nothing too special. I brought my coworkers here for an annual work dinner for 7 tonight and felt very rushed to just eat and get out. 90 minutes should be a fair amount , but for our party , 2 grills were needed. Between the grill changes, the cooling of the grill, waiting for the grill to rewarm and the rush to keep putting orders in , time flew by, and we did not have enough time. Time was significantly lost due to down time and most KBBQ places give a 2 hour limit. The restaurant was 1/3 full on a Thursday night at 6:30pm but was reminded multiple times of the 90 minute time limit : before we sat down, during the meal, at the last call for orders, to finalize the check and was told our time was up. You have 90 mins to physically complete your meal. The pressure was really turned on. The customer service was great but overall it felt robotic and stern like the little robots there that deliver the food. Do not bring a large party here expecting to catch up on life, because you will be too busy managing the grill and trying to get orders in. It might be fine for a smaller group to eat and get out. Never have I ever been kicked out of a KBBQ place. It felt like the episode of the Simpsons where Homer sues the buffet. Imagine going to a hot pot place and having to reboil your soup 5-6 times but you are on a time crunch. Not a good experience. Change your policy.

Our waitress told us we had an 80-minute time limit as we were 80 minutes into our meal. Who does that? She didn’t even give us a ‘last call’ heads up either and she never mentioned it when we sat down. To make it worse, it was only 8 PM—the restaurant was nearly empty and nowhere near closing time. Some of the food we ordered before the time was up didn’t even come out because our “time was up”. I left the place still hungry.
Very disappointing - great food ruined by the worst customer service.

I like all the food and service here. The service staff Drew is very attentive and kind. He will always come to help us when we need help and explain how to grill each food to make it taste best. The beef is very fresh and delicious. The price is reasonable and the desserts are rare. I love the UBE popsicles so much! The fried shrimp and beef stewed radish soup are also highly recommended. This restaurant is the best all you can eat I have ever had!
Soterry was great she was very attentive. Not only that she made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place ask for Soterry she is great.

Drew was our server for the night, and he was awesome--super friendly & great humor!! He made sure we had everything we needed at all times, and would check in on us very often to see if he could be of any other assistance! His service in addition to the delicious food made our dinner experience a really great one :) The different cuts of meat tasted very high quality, and there wasn't a single one we didn't enjoy. Drew was very attentive the whole time and helped us cook a lot of our meats to perfection! He made special sauces to cook our scallops and filet mignon with, and those were definitely highlights of the meal. We really appreciated the service, food, and ambience of Hungry Cow and will be back!! Thank you again Drew!!
