Honestly, service was the only thing good here. Premium is not worth it if yall ever decide to ball for it, meat was either straight fat or oily no in between. My partner and I literally started gagging trying to finish the meats we thought was gonna be good. The rating is definitely not worth a 4.5 here just saying!

If you’re craving KBBQ, Hungry Cow is a must-try! We got the premium AYCE to sample a bit of everything, and it was 100% worth it. All the meats were tender, flavorful, and high quality. You can really taste the difference. The side dishes were just as impressive — especially the kimchi and cucumber kimchi. And the steamed egg? Incredible. Not your typical KBBQ steamed egg — it had shrimp, mushroom, truffle, and masago, and it was packed with flavor. Our servers, Soterry and San, were amazing — super attentive and always timed our next round of orders perfectly. They also changed our grill plates often, which we really appreciated. To finish off the meal, they offered a selection of Melona ice cream bars, which was such a fun and refreshing treat. We left completely full and very satisfied with both the food and service. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

Went here with some friends for a birthday and overall it was pretty good. The cuts were a little hit or miss like brisket was honestly not good but like beef belly and tongue are great.
Pricing wise it's not cheap and I wouldn't particularly go again but the one off was indeed fine.

We visited this KBBQ spot for the first time on a Saturday night with a friend. We arrived around 9 pm and stayed until close. Our server, Kate, was incredibly attentive. She ensured that our orders were placed promptly and didn’t miss the kitchen’s last call. The meat was exceptionally delicious, surpassing most KBBQ spots in the bay within our price range. I highly recommend this place.

We loved the Korean ice cream, especially the purple yam... Oh my! Wish we would eat half a dozen of em!
Oh, we don't recommend the scallop though, don't taste and look like real scallop.
Galbi and banchan were of great quality but service was extremely terrible... Maybe it was just that one waiter, but we never want to come back anymore. They also never told us about the 1h10' ordering limit until it was past the time to do so. I also think that the tipping section should be automatically skipped on the tablet because the customers had to do every single thing, even carrying all the heavy plates from the robot to the table, and none of the empty plates were taken while we eat so there were stuff all over our table. Which Im honestly fine with (although I know many others would not), but if so then there should be no tipping at all (and it was difficult to just not tip considering the waiter was just staring at you during the tipping section of the payment process on the tablet).
