They never respect store hours

Do not go to this Subway if you want a real sandwich. We ordered 4 large sandwiches that we specified in the instructions to toast - they were not toasted. One of the sandwiches had two different types of cheese on half of it even though we wanted only one type of cheese throughout the sandwich. The bread was VERY stale (it tasted like paper), and one of the cucumbers tasted like hand sanitizer. When we called the location to let them know the deal, they argued and said that toasting costs extra (????) and that the bread wasn’t stale. But they weren’t the ones eating it to make that determination. Very tired of food establishments arguing with customers and vehemently defending their subpar food - if we called every day and told them their sandwich was bad then sure, maybe I’d understand the defensiveness. But when a customer calls and says that they experienced a subpar product, the practical course of action would to be to offer to make it right (offering to remake the order, money back, APOLOGY, etc.), especially because the prices for these sandwiches have skyrocketed in the last 10 years. Do not pay $11+ for a sandwich that tastes like it was 3D printed.

The place was not so busy and decently clean. The sub was made with perfection and the breads were pretty fresh. The fountain drink machine wasnt working as expected as instead of a lemonade I just got water.

[DON'T GO] I got a diarrhea after eating their sandwich. Also their pricing seems higher than elsewhere, $9 for a 6 inch basic sandwich.

This was my first time at this location. They were very busy during lunch but moved through the line very quickly. They piled the fixins high on my sandwich and didn't skimp at all. I was very pleased. A 6-inch sandwich for lunch for under 10 bucks. I had turkey with mozzarella, avocado, and all the other veggies. Staff was friendly and had a great suggestion of trying the Sriracha sauce... it was delicious.

It’s a Subway. So anchor yourself accordingly. That said, it’s the only Subway I’ve ordered via the mobile app where my sandwiches were made correctly. The only one. Happy to have this one on my regular route. Will order from here when I can.Location always looks clean. Ingredients fresh. Workers have been pleasant enough/not rude.

The absolute worst subway in cali. The gentleman working must've had short yerm memory loss because after every statement, he'd ask the question again as if I didn't just answer it before he had to ask a question. An actual conversation that went like this Us-" Can you make three orders combos" employee- " How many combos" US-" 3 combos" Employee-" how many chips" Us- " 3 chips.."..... You get the picture. Among other issues in the interaction, such as him completely ignoring my request for a sandwich, they were advertising, giving me a totally different sandwich as well as different bread than what I requested. The attitude from the lady and gentlemen mentioned in other reviews is quite accurate as they seem genuinely annoyed that you're ordering food. I hope these people get better training or something.
