Looks like all the negative reviews of this place are accurate!I eat at subways quite often, but tried this one for the first time today. My issues with this place:1) They were very stingy with the amount of veggies they put on the sandwich2) The main person handling the orders (looked like may be the owner) was a little rude to customers3) They were trying too much to upsell - like asking everyone if they want avocado (which costs extra), or extra chicken on the sandwichMy advice to the owner - keep things simple, be courteous to the customers, and the business will do better.

After me and my family used the restroom the lady would go check it after us. The worker was staring at us the whole and we felt unwelcomed. Don’t ever come to this subway and just go to another one in Fremont near little Cesar’s. There is no point in wasting your money here.

I recently ordered a take out order from Subway - Fremont[ Argonaut Way]I ordered from subway app and ordered under some subway running discounts but when I went for pickup ; staff declined & cancelled my order saying that discounts are not valid.Staff is very unfriendly and rude. I did the same order in other location and could pickup but this caused me lot of inconvenience and frustration.

The food was fine as typical with all subways, but this place puts significantly less veggies in the sandwich and says they charge extra if you want more. Also, they don't let you use the restroom even if you're a customer (saying it's under construction) even though it's fully working.

“Unpleasant Visit to Subway in Fremont, CA”I recently visited the Subway at 39126 Argonaut Way Suite 1301A, Fremont, CA 94538, hoping for a quick bite. While the parking situation was convenient, the overall experience was disappointing.The staff’s unfriendly demeanor, coupled with noticeably smaller sandwiches compared to other locations, left much to be desired. To add to the discomfort, the interior was hot and felt like a sauna, making the dining experience less enjoyable.Furthermore, the denial of restroom access under the guise of construction only added to the inconvenience. This combination of factors falls short of the usual Subway standards, and I would not recommend this particular location to others.

I have visited this store several times but faced a few issues:1. One time I had a coupon from Subway and I knew what were the exceptions to the coupon and tried ordering an item that was included in the coupon but they gave me wrong info and later I found that using the same coupon I was able to place an order online for the same store and with the same item I wanted.2. Most of the time, the server there they don't prepare the sandwich very well. They will just throw the vegetables in and don't properly prepare it.3. The servers don't have a good attitude towards the customers. I have seen them saying something to each other and laughing at customers.I have started avoiding going to this store for the above reasons.
I visited this place only for 3 times in a year 2023-24, all 3 experiences either they cheated, or denied service lastly yelled at me.1st Visit - When asked for egg white, they gave me 3 egg whites and charged for 4 assuming I would not notice.2nd Visit - I asked for lots of lettuce, so the lady said she cant do it.3rd Visit - I asked again for lots of lettuce and today she started yelling at me saying “I have a bad attitude, and I do this every time I come there by asking more lettuce. (By every time she meant my two visits).This is very shallow service practices. And I need SUBWAY TO TAKE ACTION. I will be filling official complaint.
