Came here this morning and very disappointing. They did not have chai on the menu even though I checked the menu before come here. Ordered the cappuccino and taste very water down. Two star.

This place is just a place to do work. The food here is not good but it is definitely not bad either. The atmosphere is generally quiet until you get some kids who start acting like assholes (usually people like me) and it’s an effective place to work if you like coffee shops.

Stopped by Suju’s and ordered a latte, but the quality was below average. The wait time was longer than expected, though the prices were inexpensive. On the plus side, there’s plenty of seating, and the food options are better than average. A decent spot if you’re looking for an affordable place to sit and grab a bite, but not the best choice if you’re particular about coffee quality.

I’ve given this coffee shop two chances, and both times, they’ve completely failed at making a simple latte. What they served me was just mixed-up coffee with plain, thin, fat-free milk—definitely not a proper latte. It was one of the worst-tasting lattes I’ve ever had.
If a coffee shop offers lattes on their menu, they should at least know how to make one. The baristas clearly need proper training in making espresso-based drinks because this was nowhere close to what a latte should be. I won’t be coming back unless they seriously improve their coffee-making skills.
Stopped by on my morning walk to order a sandwich to go and the gentleman at the counter very rudely told me I couldn’t order anything because I had an “outside drink “ in my hand, being my water bottle which I take on my walks. I understand the need for businesses limiting outside food and drinks at their establishment but there are much better ways to communicate that other than screaming at someone a before even greeting them. Will never come to this establishment again.
