Terrible experience in this teahouse. The waiter refused to apply my coupons from my five star app. I had buy one get one 50% off coupon and wanted to use it, the man told me this is the coupon from five star not from the tea house so he can't make it. I don't understand at all cuz if you have some cooperations with five star app to provide your customers some coupons, how come you tell your customers they couldn't use it. That's ridiculous! And I want to remind the tea maker: please do NOT wear your AirPods when you serve your customer which is very impolite and unprofessional.

Quaint and sweet. Tidy and smells great. Cashier was welcoming and made recommendations base on flavors I wanted. Came out spot on. Definitely recommend to come hang out. They have a mini foosball table. #fomo

Got a Mango Milk Tea with 75% sugar, 25% ice, and taro. The milk tea had juicy mango chunks and had the perfect balance of tea, milk, and mango juice, which made it taste like mango Calpico with a little bitterness. It was the best mango milk tea I've ever had. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm around.

New place in a rather old plaza. Not sure how well they can do based on the location but several times I've come during opening at lunch and late weeknights and they haven't been particularly busy. Should try a new strategy like Happy Hour if needed.

You can taste they use real tea at 50% sweet. The grapefruit drink has real fruit in it. Taste pretty good. I will get drink here again if I have dinner around here.

I had the slushy drink with strawberry and coconut. It was nice and refreshing. I also had the popcorn chicken. It was slightly salty but not much flavorful. It was ok. I like the spicy flavor at TapEx better.
Visiting around this area and wanted to have some drinks.. I yelped it and gone here started ordering two items of the food is not available. Then can't ordered other drinks because they're out of something! Finally the drinks came .... expensive and does not even good. Although I like the cup and the cute little heart sorry most of the times I give good review but this time I was just disappointed.

Coming here puts me in a good mood because the tea is good and the staff are friendly. Especially the manager such a friendly person and doesn't hesitate to make sure your order came out right. I like my tea very sweet and if it's not how I like it they always take it back and fix it. The place is always decorated with the season which makes it all the more fun to just sit back and hang out there. They also have games for while you wait for your order or if you want to hang out sip on your tea and have a good time. Great environment, great people and great tea.

We came on Tuesday at 3:15pm, the sign says buy one get one 50% off but when we paid the cashier states this promotion is no longer available. If it is no longer available why is the sign all over the store? I ask The cashier why don't they take off the sign she didn't speak a word. Furthermore they ran out of boba and toppings. Yet they are still charging the boba milk tea at $5.95 each at regular price. We got the suggested mango milk tea, Thai milk, reg milk tea, all taste just okay.

CUTE JARS + CUTE DECOR !! It was my first time at T-LAB today and I would just like to mention how cute their decor is ! The shop is very cute and great for taking pictures !! I decided to try something that was familiar yet a lil different, so I got the okinawa milk tea with boba & cream puff topping, and it was really good !! The drink also comes in a very cute, plastic jar that can be reused ! I will definitely be coming back to T-LAB if I'm around the area, parking isn't hard to find since it is in a little plaza with Luckys & a couple restaurants. I would definitely recommend trying out their cream puff topping along with your milk tea :)
