This T4 location is located in a quiet area of Fremont. It is kind of out of the way from the main part of the city, but it is a nice little area/neighborhood. Similar to most T4 that I had been to, but this location is very small with very limited seating inside. It was not as busy as the other T4 locations usually is. This is a very nice place that has satisfied its customers for many years. The tea drinks and smoothies are very good! It's very unfortunate that the owners of the strip complex decided to lease a unit to another tea shop about 5 doors north, allegedly giving preferential treatment to the other shop's owners, thereby creating an unfair situation where this shop is set up for likely business failure. A pox upon the leasing agents!

This shop is a valuable asset to the local community. It offers 100 free teas every day (distributed throughout the entire day). The teas are of great quality at a reasonable price. My only complaint is the somewhat poor air quality inside (probably due to frying snacks) and the relatively long wait time. Students come hang out here all the time especially after school. Definitely worth a visit!
