This T4 location is located in a quiet area of Fremont. It is kind of out of the way from the main part of the city, but it is a nice little area/neighborhood. Similar to most T4 that I had been to, but this location is very small with very limited seating inside. It was not as busy as the other T4 locations usually is. I ordered their mango green tea with boba, milk tea with boba, and popcorn chicken. For the mango green tea and the regular milk tea, it was the first time for me trying these particular drinks because I usually only get either the green tea with cream, jasmine green tea, or jasmine milk tea whenever I go to T4. Their popcorn chicken is always a classic, it is usually the best compared to most of the boba shops that I had it from.

This is a very nice place that has satisfied its customers for many years. The tea drinks and smoothies are very good! It's very unfortunate that the owners of the strip complex decided to lease a unit to another tea shop about 5 doors north, allegedly giving preferential treatment to the other shop's owners, thereby creating an unfair situation where this shop is set up for likely business failure. A pox upon the leasing agents!

This shop is a valuable asset to the local community. It offers 100 free teas every day (distributed throughout the entire day). The teas are of great quality at a reasonable price. My only complaint is the somewhat poor air quality inside (probably due to frying snacks) and the relatively long wait time. Students come hang out here all the time especially after school. Definitely worth a visit!

I've been a fan of T4 for many years now. Been to different locations and always had a wonderful experience. The drinks and snacks were always meeting above expectations. But, this particular T4 on mission Blvd Fremont has given me a horrific experience. First time coming to this location, I received nothing but bad experience, owner seemed rude AND he was not wearing a mask. So when I started to order they did not have popcorn chicken, egg puffs, and boba! Kind of odd that they would have many options unavailable. I also received a free takoyaki for purchasing over a certain limit. But guess what, it was not edible!! It was cooked thoroughly and the calamari was tastBut anyways, back to masks, during this time, any food chain businesses should require all employees and owner themselves to wear a mask especially cooking our food. In this case, the girls making the drinks had their mask except the owner himself. After learning he was the one to be cooking our food without mask on, I automatically lost my appetite. I kindly accepted all the food anyway because I know businesses has been hard during the pandemic. However, that doesn't give the workers a reason to have bad customer service.

Me and my friends have literally been getting free bobas from this place for the past week without fail. We didn't believe it at first but have been getting every day once we brought like 17 kids. They basically charge you the sales tax of the drink plus any charge over $4. So if the drink is $4.25 they'll literally charge 25 cents plus sales tax for the drink only at that location. The owners really nice as well, family owned

I've been here many times with my friends and family members. Even during COVID, they re still serving good snacks and tea. I love their boba, it is FOR FREE. But most importantly, I think they serve the top boba in town. I worked for a tea shop before. Their boba is freshly cooked I believe. It is really chewy. (Tips: If the boba tasted really soft... then you might need to avoid the store, they may serve you overnight boba).

Teas terrible, cashier literally do not listen and fooled around. The pop corn chicken has absolutely no flavor. The owner or manager looks like he does not care anymore. This store not so good.

Used them for the first time. They will not accept order for snack without order for drinks. There is some policy posted near the entrance - it is difficult to interpret that. An aged gentleman who was running the show and training the new cashier was less than customer friendly. Looking at the bill later I noticed a surcharge of $0.54 over the total bill ($14.19 + 1.45 ST) - not that I couldn't pay $0.54 - I hate hidden charges. I will try to avoid this place in future.

Low rating purely because of a d*** new policy. You can't order snacks without drinks here. They don't want people ordering exclusively snacks here because the tea place a bloc down doesn't have snacks. I wish this policy was advertised because I didn't know this till I walked in and tried to order snacks. T4 has great snacks and had I known, I'd have ordered my tea here instead.

David, No I was not the one who ordered a lychee green tea, fries, and popcorn chicken. If you read my review clearly, I mentioned I USE TO get popcorn chicken at a DIFFERENT T4 BECAUSE I no longer consume meat. It's so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to come out and bash out at customers such as myself, for YOUR mistakes. NO I'm not coming here because I care how much you pay for your bags of tea or anything really. I came here because the T4 Franchise name is ok. Again, if you read my review clearly, I mentioned I usually go to T4 for egg puffs, KEY WORD "usually:" I didn't say I got egg puffs from this location. In fact if you didn't know it was my first time at this location and since you're so kind in offering me 100 Free drinks EACH day, I will definitely take you up on that :D. I'm glad you came to your great business senses.
