This shop is a valuable asset to the local community. It offers 100 free teas every day (distributed throughout the entire day). The teas are of great quality at a reasonable price. My only complaint is the somewhat poor air quality inside (probably due to frying snacks) and the relatively long wait time. Students come hang out here all the time especially after school. Definitely worth a visit!

This was my first time at this location. I came from Hayward, so I totally passed T4 because you can't see their signage as it's angled the opposite way. The only landmark i say would be the Plaza de Olivos sign that's close to the front of the store. If you make a U- Turn and head back, then you can see the sign. ** I was surprised that the popcorn chicken & calamari were double in price. $10.60 each, no you don't get more chicken, it's the same amount....

We have been coming here since they opened and always received great service. They recently opened back up (pandemic) and have been served by the owner, taking orders and making the drinks himself, wait time will be of course be a little longer. But it is definitely worth the wait because the drinks and food are made carefully and nothing beats supporting our local businesses. Always a clean place and nice location in Old Mission.
