I hosted an event with 50 people and booked Waffle
Roost. Justin went above and beyond, the guests were happy. The waffles are the best, there is good variety for people with allergies. Seamless communication, great service and good pricing. I recommend Waffle Roost for big events.

Waffle Roost delivered straight-up comfort food heaven. Crispy chicken, fluffy waffles, and that perfect sweet-and-savory balance. Lines were long for a reason, and the food was more than worth the wait. A crowd favorite for sure!
The Waffle Roost Food Truck serves fresh and delicious waffles, often paired with crispy fried chicken. The "Spicy & I Know It" fried chicken sandwich, nestled between two waffles, remains a popular favorite. Another hit is the "2Legit," which features crispy, briny fried chicken alongside fluffy waffles and sweet maple syrup. Customers have noted the food as comfort food heaven, with a great sweet-and-savory balance that makes it worth the wait in line. While some dishes may lack crunch, the flavors are generally tasty, and the collard greens are a highlight. The Waffle Roost also impresses with its clean and professional service, making it a top choice for catered events. This food truck is a treat to visit, even if it's not always in the area, and many recommend it for excellent food and service.
