Stopped by Tous Les Jours at the Osaka Market complex and picked up some delicious treats! They had a 50% off section right in front of the sliding display cabinets—which I really appreciated. Having cabinets that slide open made it so much easier to grab what I wanted while holding a tray and tongs. (Unlike a certain other bakery nearby with those upward-opening doors... how am I supposed to manage that while juggling pastries? I digress.)

The lady that works there is lovely. However the bathroom is kind of dirty and all the fixtures are broken. All that being said I got the ham and cheese croissant which would have been ok had it not had a sugar glaze on the top of it. Kind of odd.

Cakes are delicious BUT the service to try and order anything is horrible. Several times that i have been in here and the workers are sitting wrapping a ton of bread. Not even a Hello or Good morning BUT another customer walks in and i dont mean to be rude but a white person shows up and all of a sudden the worker gets up greets them and wants to help them right away despite me standing around near the register waiting to order a cake. They always seem eager to help others before...
