Wingstop in Fremont

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “I did an app order for pickup for the boneless meal deal (20 wings, large fries, and two dips). The food was ready by the time i was promised and it was fresh and hot. My order was correct and i had no issues.
I wanted some more sauce on my atomic wings and the staff, Maria, happily accommodated my request. This will definitely be my go to Wingstop.
Again, Maria was wonderful and the staff overall were very welcoming.“
