This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said...

It was the first time to stop by the Wingstop. I ordered 15pc Boneless Combo but the shop forgot putting a large French Fried into the paper bag. I noticed it is missing after coming back to home but it was already late night. On next day, I stopped by this Wingstop shop and told them French Fries did not include. The manager fully apologized and cooked it. Also, the manager gave me extra 15 pc Boneless Combo as for apology. How so kind! I will definitely go there soon.

This is the location I frequent often since it's in my neighborhood and I order frequently. I always order on the app and swing by for pick-up. I rarely have an issue with the accuracy or quality of my food. On a rare occasion, a dip or sauce may be missing. Otherwise, it's usually consistent. Wings are cooked to order and all of my preferences (well done, flats only, etc.) are accounted for. I appreciate the consistency in service and my orders are always ready upon...
