This is one of my favorite tea/boba places. They have a great variety of drinks that you don't see at many other places. It's a small place with no indoor seating. You order on a tablet and the staff make everything in a timely manner. I tried the egg pancake for the first time and it was delicious. I loved that it is shaped like a boba drink! My go to is the mango pomelo sago because it is the perfect combo of sweet and tart. I definitely recommend anything from here though.

Came to Yi Fang on a Friday night! The service is quick and all orders are placed through their tablets.I ordered their brown sugar pearl latte. They have milk substitutes at additional costs available as well! There is no seating avaliable at this location.

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING. For an $8.00 drink, you would think you can customize it to your liking, as the sign in the front of the store says. I came at 6pm on Nov 24. I just wanted no red beans in my Coconut milk purple rice drink because I don't want a whole meal of rice AND beans in my tea. But the worker said they can't "change the recipe" because of corporate, even though the sign in the front says to let them know your preferences. So I tried to ask if I can just get the milk, since I felt bad and didn't want to make the worker's job harder, in case the rice and beans are a topping already pre-mixed. And the worker said "no, the toppings are not mixed together". Then my friend asked if the toppings and drink are all coming pre-mixed, and the worker also said "no the drink does not come pre-mixed". At this point I was astounded and didn't know what to ask or say, since I was already trying to ask for just coconut milk. If you think about it, what I am asking for (just coconut milk) is cheaper than the original drink, and I was still willing to pay the original drink's price. By the way they left the door open at night and it was so COLD AND FREEZING in the store. I just paid $8 to stand in the freezing cold and be forced to drink rice and beans in my drink. Literally I would rather be charged double or upcharged if needed, why can't I customize my drink as advertised??

Just enough tea to turn the milk brown. Bland, bland, bland.

Food: haven't tried the food, but the drinks are pretty good. Depending on what you get (I hear), you could get some outstanding galaxy-taste drinks, or you could get dog water.Service: friendly and quick. Not much to say.Ambiance: very, very spacious. Don't know if that just means it's kinda empty or not, but I like it. It feels almost like a storage room, but in a good way???

I tried this drink (purple rice red bean latte) for the first time, and it was super tasty. Also got 50% sweetness and I think I could've went lower but still amazing. Super clean place and fast. Order on kiosk then grab and go. Try this drink next time!

After visiting sooo many Yi Fang locations, I can confidently say that their quality is consistent across the board. Though they're titled as a fruit tea place, they have a big variety and I actually enjoy their tea lattes just as much. Good location, clean, and lots of parking. Not a place to hangout though; no seating. Here's my drink recommendations:+ Sugar Cane Latte+ Lychee Aloe Sago+ Pearl Green Tea Latte+ Cantaloupe Green Tea (get less sweet!!)+ Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Latte

One of my favorite tea place in the area! The best fruit teas around imo. They have a huge variety in fruit teas, milk teas and smoothies. My favorite here is the mango pomelo sago and peach grapefruit green tea Only downside is they are on the pricier side

Yifang has quickly become a boba fallback when they're nearby, as they're quite the reliable option and generally are pretty quick and easy about their menu offerings. It also helps that they adjust their sugar level recommendations based on the drink, which is a rather acute awareness of how things taste on their menu (also more in line with my preferences). This particular location has basically no seating and is fairly minimalistic, albeit with some nice traditional-looking decor around. There's a big menu for a visual glance, but ordering is done either online or at their kiosk. As their Fruit Teas are in their name, it's a pretty safe bet to go with any of those! The acidic ones tend to be rather uniquely potent so caution is advised (such as the Green Plum). However, I'm also quite the sucker for their fresh taro in their Taro lattes, which are all also pretty good.

Very nice place. Order is automated. I used search function for coffee and two items piped up. Brown sugar, boba, your choice of milk. It came out in minutes. The drink is super rich, the coffee is high quality. It's a little pricey but the product justifies the cost.
