Yokohama Iekei Ramen Fremont

3.5 stars. It makes me sad to give Yokohama such a low review, but the ramen here has really gone downhill since they moved from their Union City location. I've been here twice, once to dine in and once for take out - both times, the food has been mediocre. Their black garlic ramen (my go-to) is not as flavorful as it used to be and their chicken karaage is quite bland. I'm not a big ramen fan but I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by here for lunch! I've seen this place before when I dined in at Bill's right next door but never thought it try this place until my friend raved about it.
