Come on, guys, you are failing me.
Price has gone up too much, especially for the portions. The portions look less now. The sticky rice gets hard fast. Their pepper had changed a few times and is now consistent again, but it's not flavorful like before. I didnt like the fact that they started using paper plates with paper bag instead of wrapping it in the plastic and foam trays.
So far, portion wise, i now prefer going to "La kitchen". Sorry ac deli.

Ac deli is my go-to even when they were at their old location. Long story short, I went on my lunch to grab food and was given the wrong order. I called them to let them know that way they didn't give my order wrong to another customer. They kindly apologized and asked for my name and allowed me to go back to get my order, but I was only on my lunch break and would not have time. A few days later, I went back and asked the young Hmong lady in the front about it, and they had my name written down. That is what you call customer service excellence!
I ordered 2 sausages with sticky rice, 1 chicken and sticky rice, and 1 kaopia, and 1 coconut drink.
The menu is limited. Placing orders is a bit confusing. We walked in and placed an order and visited a second time and ordered from a kiosk. Sticky Rice is okay. Seemed like they made it a lot earlier and just held it because it got hard quickly. The fried chicken is not really fried. It's more roasted and grilled. The Lao Sausage didn't offer much flavor. The Papaya Salad had way too much fish sauce. It was pretty overwhelming. The tables were not very clean. Staff was not very personable.
