Talk about a hidden gem!!!! You have got to try this! Just donāt be in a rush, this is home cooking not fast food fare. John cooked the most delicious savory food! I had the jollof rice with spicy goat meat and pounded yam with ogbono also with spicy goat meat. Everything was made fresh and came out piping hot. Drinks are bottled beverages you self serve from the fridge and they charge you for at the end of your meal. Itās also a shop that carries staple goods African cooking...
We can smell.
How delicious the food was gonna be upon walking into the restaurant. The owner came out and greeted us and talked with us and told us the origin of the history of the place. We had a great conversation with her.She was very kind and the food was delicious. The food had so much flavor. We drove from Farmerville and we definitely will be going back. It was our 1st time and we even ordered food to go because it was so delicious

I ordered Pounded Yam with Egusi Soup and Goat Meat. When the food arrived I was thinking to ask for larger portion size, but after finishing was very glad I didn't. The pounded yam fills you up so much. My only thing I didn't like was that it was so hot inside; cool air would of been so welcoming.
Nevertheless, I'll be coming backš!...
