AJ’s is a popular restaurant serving authentic Armenian cuisine—at a very reasonable price. When we visited, Keyma was the dinner special. I'm not a fan of raw ground beef but it was nice to see it on the menu. We enjoyed the grape leaves and hummus with pita for an appetizer. This was followed by the mini Lahmajuns and Trout. If you like Middle Eastern cuisine, you will find a good choice here. The meat of the lamb chops was a little tough, but the overall dish was acceptable and plentiful. What makes the restaurant lose points is the service. My husband ordered two appetizers instead of a full dish, and already there the waitress looked at him askance. At the end of the meal we ordered a baklava and while we were enjoying it they placed the bill on the table: at least let us finish eating! The environment...
