The gentleman who runs this place makes excellent suggestions and has a real passion for what he does. I recommend the cortadito and get it for a wee sit-in and relax for a bit.

The Matcha Latte was good, but almost 8 dollars for a size small. No straws, you have to buy a metal straw if you want one. The sink in the bathroom only dispenses scalding hot water, so I don’t know how people are able to wash their hands for more than a second to avoid burning yourself. There was a decent amount of seating with outlets to study next to. The staff were friendly.

I found this place online and wanted to give it a try. The staff were polite and respectful, which I appreciated. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for work-related tasks like taking meetings—it’s relatively small and can get quite noisy. That said, it’s a nice spot for casual meetups or doing lighter work. I tried the cappuccino and it was quite good. I brought some outside food with me but was informed that it couldn’t be eaten either inside or outside, which I completely understood and respected. Overall, not exactly my cup of tea, but still a pleasant experience.

We love coming here-the drinks, service and the atmosphere,but sadly today was not the normal experience. We asked for our drinks for here, and both came in to go cups. I wanted to try the 🍒 CHERRY POPPINS. I didn't taste any cherry or almond.Just so disappointed, as we love Alchemist !!!

I am not a coffee drinker but happened to be driving around tower district when I came across this cute cafe. Drove around the block again just to find parking near the front. Lucky for me they had chai so I ordered an iced chai latte with half and half. It was good but drank it so fast I forgot to take a picture. I've been thinking about places to study since I'm going back to school next month and this place is on my list! Very cozy inside and good service.
