Every time I have been there it has been excellent. All the flavors I have tried have been great. You can't go wrong. They just run out to soon. That just gives me the chance to experiment with something new.

I'm a frequent flyer to this little ice cream shop! I've tried all 3 of their locations and I can say their small batch made in house ice cream is the creamiest and most delicious in Fresno! Every month they have rotating flavors which I always look forward to finding out! This month I got the flight with their march flavors- the macadamia nut cookie and honey matcha latte flavors were 11/10!! I also make sure I grab a new sticker every time I stop in!

Honestly one of the best ice cream/gelato places I've ever had. I got the double chocolate cheesecake, peanut butter cup and the whiskey caramel swirl ice cream.

I usually really enjoy ampersands product but today they really missed the mark. My partner and I went in today with his elderly mother and were subjected to homophobic rhetoric by an unhoused individual the staff decided to provide with free ice cream. This occurred during our dining experience and on our way out the door, It made us feel extremely uncomfortable and quite frankly unsafe. It’s unfortunate the staff prioritize “optics” over creating safe and inclusive dining environment for all their customers. I can confidently say I will not be returning.

I liked it, but the icecream could be richer and have more cream. Also, they could use more flavor variety (I'd love spumony, cherry/pineapple/cheese varieties). The must have flavor here is the honeycomb. Peanutbutter chip is great too. Overall one of the top icecream places in Fresno with more wholesome ingredients. I highly recommend it for a treat. I'd rate it 5 stars if they'd add more cream to balance out the the sweetness and if they offered some icecream dishes like banana splits. ??Time for Ampersand to grow!
