There wasn't AC and food tasted old. The chicken was like a rubber.
I love Arby’s food, but this location is the worst. We grabbed a couple sandwiches and curly fries from the drive up a few days ago. I noticed the bag didn’t feel warm at all. I thought this is odd, the bag is not even warm. Weird. Get home the food was cold. Nice.. The guy at the window told us “I gave you extra fries” that should have been a warning. Extra fries would have been great, had they have been fresh. These were clearly old, cold and gross. The roast beef, was cold and just not good. They gave me the wrong sauce too. Not Arby Sauce, something called Bronco sauce(gross didn’t use it after tasting) so that was a bummer. The chicken sandwich had lettuce on it that looked old and gross. Like good lord, serving old fries, lettuce and cold food. The order was expensive too. Will not be coming back.

I'm not sure what is happening at this restaurant, no A/C, luckily the employees have an swamp cooler. After my sandwich I felt nauseous, I'm not sure why, I never got sick, just felt nauseous after the beef and cheddar sandwich with water.

First they overcharged us, then they undeserved us. Forgot some of our food and weren't pleasant when they had to replace it. There was a drink spilled on the floor that my son slipped in and hit his head. The spill was there for at least 20 minutes and was still there when we left. I would try almost anywhere else before I go here ever again.

So horrible I ordered food and shakes, one wonders what could go wrong well their machine was down so they just kept my ten dollars just for two shakes and never refunded me. Also kept my food behind them and didn't even tell me it was really or try and hand it to me. Horrible people horrible place horrible food it was so cold by the time I got it and was so frustrated I didn't even want to eat.
