Arsenio's Mexican Food

Absolutely one of the worst chile verde burritos I've ever had it contained rice and no chili verde.

Big portions for the price. Clean. Friendly staff. Enchiladas were good. A lot of chicken and toppings (cheese, lettuce and sour cream).

When you order and the order is completely wrong when you get home and sink your teeth into your burrito. I asked clearly how to make my burritos carne asada meat and more beans than rice, you get home its pure rice and carne and barley even any beans, I have asked over and over and im thinking oh they'll get it right this time nope wrong...Again...like 80% beans and 20% rice is what i want and its the opposite..wont be going back there....

Whoever works the grill is a trooper. Thank you for providing me my late dinner and doing it well. The front end workers are always nice too when ringing me up!

This location has some of the worst food in Fresno! We have got several items here in the past and all items were horrible. Food is never fresh , but extreme wait times have no idea why when you waited quite a while for it. I have been to several Mexican restaurants up and down the West Coast and this is the worst by far. Why are your beans so white and runny? Definitely need to find a new recipe for that one. Whoever is running this Arsenio’s try other ones in Fresno and compare yourself. You will understand your food sucks and is the worst!

Place was filthy and smells as if someone or something died in the restroom. Kids play are had unsafe and unsanitary floor. Customers service was poor and had for what ever reason a problem bagging my food. I will not come to this place again.

I haven't found one location to have better food then another Arsenios location, (yes it does happen) but I can definitely rate 5 stars for this locations cleanliness and they have all kinds of toy and candy machines for the kids to enjoy after. Love Arsenios
