I only bought a batch of roast beef because the meat is only boiled with water 💧 or steamed and the truth is that it lacks flavor nor does the sauce that they give you in small packets have any flavor. It was very tasteless I don't recommend it sincerely it lacks quality I don't like it I would like someone else to go through the same bad experience that I went through 👎🏿

I was a regular customer here, and today, the lady with the glasses, that sounds like a child on the speaker was so rude to me and I asked for a refund because I ordered a wet burrito with no sour cream, and no guacamole on the top. This wasn’t the first time that this happened and she proceeded to tell me that I don’t know how to order. When I clearly told her green sauce guacamole is not green sauce I told her the other toppings on the side. Then she told me that I won’t get a refund because they didn’t mess up. She also refused to give me her name and said that that is why they don’t wear name tags. I will never eat at a Arsenio’s again.. horrible customer service…

Super fries were undercooked, forgot the cheese and only had a drop of beans on it. No salsa after asking for extra but they accidentally gave us an extra burrito. But the drive through lady was super nice.

Very disappointing. This place have the worst red sauce and green sauce. Pretty much diluted with water. No flavor at all.

Ordered a California burrito with sour cream and guacamole in it paid extra for them and 1 large drink. Came out $20 total went home i didn't get the guacamole an sour cream in my burrito didn't even get any sauce.. burrito was dry

I’ve been going to this arsenic for years but this recent interaction left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I know the speaker and mic system isn’t that great but tonight I had to repeat my order more than 3 times. And the worker there repeated the order and I had to repeat my self as well. After repeating the order multiple times you just want to move on. So I get to the counter and pay. My card declines so I pay cash. After she gives me my drinks, I look at the receipt and realize the meat was wrong and one order included beans and guac ( which I didn’t want) so I proceed to tell her the order is wrong, and I wanted this meat and this way. She tries to tell me the food is prepared, at this point it is a waste. She continues to mention that it isn’t hard for her to type orders and that she repeated the order already to avoid this miscommunication. I understand however I am not going to pay for an extra 2 plates of fries to have it my way. So I try to tell her I understand but I would like it the way I ordered it.
She continues to guilt trip me about wasting food and tell me how a kitchen works. I tell her I understand because I have been in a kitchen before. And now its a battle between who’s right and who’s wrong. Ultimately I ask for a refund and she’s telling me she’s trying to help me but I’m not listening.
So I tell her yes I’m not listening and that I would just like my refund because it’s getting difficult to communicate with her and stress that we had to repeat the order several times and mistakes still happen.
I give her back the receipt and the receipts given are one: the order and 2: the declined card receipt. She then says that I am trying to trick her by taking food that I didn’t even pay for. So then I have to remind her that the card did decline and that I paid cash.
I like their fries but that interaction was not friendly and understandin. I feel like she tried to guilt trip me into paying an extra 2 plates.
