I made a reservation cause I didn’t know if they were gonna be busy or not and we got there like 10min early for our reservation but I found a table with my name on a ticket and I was assuming that is our table so we sat there for about 10-15min before anyone brought us drinks and a menu let me just mention that I noticed that there is only one cashier/waitress and only one cook and the cook was the one that brought us waters after that it was about another 10min when we ordered they have a unlimited sides bar for dine in and I thought that was great cause I’ve never seen a place do that before and the side bar is self served while we were waiting for our food I went to the other side to check out the general store and I didn’t find anything to buy but they have a variety of things from snacks to noodles and sea weed our food took a little longer than expected but like I mentioned I only saw one cook and we weren’t being impatient but once we got the fried dumplings they were soooo good! I could not stop eating them I don’t care if it burned my mouth because how hot the inside is the taste and the crunchy texture was a very good combo my fiance got the spicy bulgogi and it was amazing! Not to spicy but it tasted good I wanted more since his food go there before mine did I got the kimchi fried rice and it was delicious I did pour the left over soy spice from the dumplings and it tasted better to me overall the food is definitely worth the wait! Please yall be patient with the cook and waitress they were super nice to us and you can tell they are really trying the food was so delicious that we came back to the condo and took a hour nap!

The outside of the store is labeled as Korea mart I never knew that there was a restaurant inside but was tempted to try because of the all you can eat side dishes that I saw on other Yelp reviews. I already knew from other reviews that we were going to have a long wait and that was true, I think it took us almost 45 minutes between when we arrived to when we finally had our food served. We anticipated this and were able to much on side dishes while we waited! We also browsed the supermarket which doesn't have a huge selection but it does have a small amount of Korean goods. The restaurant is run by a couple and it seems like just one additional worker where the husband is cooking a majority of the food in the kitchen while the wife is out serving customers. Seafood Pancake: 3/5 Flavor was really good, but it is super thick and very oily with mostly batter. The few pieces of squid/octopus in the pancake were very good, just wish there was more. Spicy Pork: 4/5 You can see the oil from the pic, but the flavor was great, definitely has a kick to it but I avoided the jalapeños and it wasn't too spicy to handle Jajangmyeon: 5/5 Huge portion and it's super filling, this is what I was craving so it really satisfied my appetite! Beef soup: 3/5 Appreciated how hot it came out but the flavor was just slightly off, more salty than I've ever had this soup at any korean restaurant BANCHAN 5/5: Come for the menu, stay for the side dishes. Really loved the fact that it was a self serve bar with ayce side dishes because they were all really good!! Kimchi could have been fermented more for my preference, but nothing to conplain about!

My Korean Spicy Chicken soup was just water, gochujang, jalapeño slices, and tough and fatty pieces of chicken. Terrible. Friend's rice cake soup was just water, rice cakes, and boiled eggs. No seasoning, no salt, no onions or garlic or other veggies. Completely bland. The Korean Spicy Pork was drenched with Chinese Spice oil. No Korean flavorings and too oily to choke down. This was a mockery of Korean food. I don't understand the high ratings. I assume it's because there are no other Korean restaurants in the area for locals to make a comparison with.

I've been here I think 3 times now? I haven't been bothered eating here. The service has been fine for me, no issues having missing or messed up orders. The food is great. Only disappointment is the banchan has always been a miss for me here. Never tastes fresh. That's ok, the main course makes up for it. Love to grab some snacks and goodies from the shop area on the way out.

My to-go place when I'm craving authentic Korean food, the cold noodles are my favorite to get here. It's a bit sour and sweet, so refreshing and delicious. Sometimes it can take a bit long for the food to reach your table but it gets busy so I understand.

I came here once or twice pre-Covid and the restaurant was only a small portion of the place. I remembered the food being good and the bibimbap was great because the bottom rice was burnt. Since then, I've just been ordering food from the place and not actually going in. I was in the area today so decided to take my family there. Now the restaurant is majority of the place now and it has all you can eat self serve side dishes for dine in customers. Awesome! The bean sprouts and fish cakes were the best We ordered the seafood pancake, short rib soup, beef soft tofu soup and the bibimbap. The seafood pancake was good but needed a bit more seasoning. It came with a sauce that looks like gochugaru and rice wine vinegar? but it still needed a bit more salt. My mom got the beef short rib soup and said it was good and tasted like our Mhong braised beef but the meat was a bit too fatty for her taste. My aunt got the soondubu soup and it was delicious like always. I think this is the only place I've gotten consistantly good soondubu. I got the bibimbap but was a bit disappointed. It didn't come with the gochujang sauce and the rice wasn't burnt on the bottom. I don't know if I was supposed to request those or something but the previous time I ordered it, it came with it. Because of no sauce, I ended up just adding kimchi to it. But it was still somewhat bland tasting. Could've used a bit more salt too. The ambiance was nice. It was Sunday late afternoon so it was just my family and two other smaller parties. There are several tables too. I would say about 10-15 small parties max. They had two tvs playing different korean talent shows? But kind of wished they were playing korean movies more The servers were nice and polite. We ended up packing our left overs and the containers were out on a table by the side dishes so I assumed you grab those yourself, which I did. One of the servers brought bags for us to put our containers in. When we paid for our food, the server gave lollipops to my niece and nephew which was nice. Overall good experience but wished they added salt and pepper on the table so we can add it to our food. I would come again.

Don't get me wrong I really love this place and all, food is amazing but NEVER do take-outs from here. Never had issues dining in but a friend of mine had a similar situation like this where they mess up and forget about phone orders. Called to place an order and wasn't even ready and got the wrong food.

My 2nd visit was a miss. We agreed the main character of this visit was the banchan. Kimchi wasn't good that night. No flavor. Other banchan was good (bean spouts, radish, potatoes). Cucumber kimchi was okay, not my favorite compared to other cucumber kimchi I've had. We came a bit before the rush and it got busy once we ordered. The spicy bulgogli was a small portion. They should put the order on smaller plates so the plate doesn't overwhelm the entree. Bf rated 7/10 and says it reminded him of Chinese stir-fry. They graciously made a kimchi pancake instead of seafood. Unfortunately, the batter was soft and undercooked in the center. Sauce tasted like it was out of a bottle, maybe. 6/10 Last visit, I got a soft tofu soup, vegetarian style and it was no big deal. This time, perhaps there was a miscommunication/language barrier. I got the kimchi soup and it was just sad. Half full with some pieces of tofu and an egg (requested). Skimped. 6/10. I packed banchan to go and got in trouble. The husband cook scolded me in the restaurant and I said it was ok to charge me. He yelled stuff at his wife in Korean. Another customer at the banchan station with me witnessed my scolding. She told me she's Korean and they shouldn't be charging for banchan as traditional Korean restaurants typically don't. In their defense, they had a sign up. I was charged $2/banchan I got, $8 is reasonable. Total bill $63 and some change. They didn't give me an itemized receipt. $63 for a mediocre meal for 2 was disappointing. Rude service all evening and the scolding... that wasn't reasonable. It be like that sometimes w/ language barriers. They are a busy mom n pop place with just them as a couple running it. If food was bomb, I'd overlook the service and experience. I'm back to where I was before I gave Asiana a chance again. Just gonna wait to get my Korean food fix when I am out of town. Better quality service and food is worth the wait. Bf says we aren't going back.

A coworker recommended this place for lunch today and it was a dud. We walked in and there was only one table with some people eating and socializing. We sat there for 15 minutes being ignored before our coworker who is Asian finally asked them to wait on us. No menus given we had to ask and then they brought only three of our items instead of four ordered. I think the lady who was taking our order doesn't speak English because she got our order wrong and then was the cashier and could barely communicate with us. Also when they delivered the food it was tiny portions and then we had to almost yell at them to bring us plates! Hello are you a restaurant or just a hangout for Koreans because we got the impression they really didn't care. The flavor was ok but u won't go back because of service and lack of good food for not cheap price.
