Bake It Mine is a cute little cake truck with delicious cakes. The cakes are absolutely delicious, moist, soft, and have the right amount of sweetness. The icing is delish, light, and fluffy. Specific flavors enjoyed include the Gingerbread Cheesecake, strawberry cake with cream cheese icing, strawberry crunch, berry vanilla, and tres leche. The lemonades are also absolutely delicious and recommended. The owner is very nice and awesome, and the staff is amazing. Presentation is great. It is highly recommended for anyone looking for some sweets, with many stating it is one of the best cakes they have ever had. You won’t regret it.
