“I am so thrilled to have this bakery here in town. I have been here multiple times now and everything I have ever bought has been just delicious. You would never know everything is gluten-free because it is tasty and has a great texture. Their passion fruit tart is one of my absolute favorites. Their focaccia cheesy breads are one of my new favorite thing ever. I've tried both the squash and pepper one. And they are both just so delicious. My two year old son refuses to eat almost everything but devoured the cheese borek. The Ajarakan was incredible and worth the wait. Such a fun experience trying everything on the menu. Definitely worth driving out of your way. A must vist location when visiting Fresno.“

“It is so awesome to have a panaderia here in the Tower District! The bread is fresh and they have a great variety. Unfortunately they don't always make some of my son's favorites so it is hit ir miss. This is the best place to buy bouillon as they are soft inside and crusty on the outside. The only reason I did not give them four stars is because the cashier NEVER says please or thank you... we aren't getting the bread for free so manners are appreciated.“

I was able to get 4 different designs for my dozen cookies and they came out exactly like my inspiration photo! Anyway, I’ve loved their stuff for years and currently use the soft crust French bread to make crostini that everyone raves about. If I'm spending over $16 on a coffee and sandwich, they should give you more than less than half a small container of the dipping sauce. It's really what makes the sandwich.“
