Spent almost $100 and can't even finish all the bun. What happen to the soft, fluffy, pillowy bun? Bring that back. Sadly, this will be my last time.

Why is people still supporting this business? They are way over priced for their products. I was a customer for more than 10 years, but when they changed ownership their prices have increased more than 100%. People should just order their dim sum from a restaurant like Imperial Garden or Forn Seasons. I am Chinese speaking from experience on ordering dim sum.

Yummy food but (as everything) the prices have gone up. My favorite 😍 is the egg tarts, homemade flaky crust, tastes so fresh!
First couple times I came the pork fried rice was delicious... last couple times the rice has been not so good... now you're guys go and raise the price and the taste of your fried rice got worst!! Higher prices worst quality of food smh 😪 guess this place is now dead to me....

I have been a loyal patron for over 3-4 years. That ended today. I will not be giving my business to this place nor will any of my family members from now on. Not only has the quality dropped, the portions and quality control have. Several times I've gotten cold buns, or dry buns. Today I came in and spent well over $20. Both of my baked pork buns were nothing but bread with small sprinkles of pork. Absolutely ridiculous. This was my final straw and will never be returning. As friendly as the staff is and I always wanna support local, theres genuinely no excuse for charging me $3 for a glorified bread roll.

Fried rice could be better. Perhaps add in some veggies & eggs. Mines were just rice and the bbq pork, 4 pcs of broccoli, saw some green onions.
