Ordered a roast pork over rice today, the lady up front was very nice & greeted us upon entering. She told the man in the back of our order and we didn't wait too long either since there wasn't anyone except a couple dining in. We got our roast pork order & headed home, half way I decided to check to grab a piece and boy was I shocked ! The man literally gave us nothing, but pieces of fat. I just couldn't understand how they can serve that to their customers. Almost $15 for that dish, I feel so disappointed that I got ripped off! As a reminder just make sure to check your orders before leaving the place, so you know what you'll get for what you pay.

Ive been here for about 10 years now, the bread has always been delicious.I ordered a dozen BBQ pork buns & the kind lady told us she was going to get us freshly baked buns from the oven (even though there was about 20 buns already set out in the heated display case.) She gave us an extra bun for free AND gave us 2 free calendars !!Absolutely amazing service. People there are always so friendly and approachable ❤️

I love how freshly made their food is everyday. They only take cash and the servers are super friendly there.

I cannot speaking to authenticity, however comparing the buns in Seattle these fall short. I ordered the BBQ Pork baked and steamed … I also tried the hot dog bun as well as the roasted pork plate. The baked buns were a little doughy on the bottom making them super soggy. I was pleased with the amount of meat, but a little too much fat for my liking. The plate … the pork belly had a lovely crust in it. However, I am not used to more than half fat to meat ratio. I did not end up eating it.My favorite thing was the hotdog bun sadly.I recommend it to maybe those who like what I described. It’s just different than what I experienced in Seattle. ?

I've been coming here for years, even on the days they are closed, mistakenly of course. lol.. The bakery is a family owned business, everyone is super nice and friendly. My family loves the fresh rice cake because it isn't too sweet. And you can't go wrong with any of their buns. I can never decide, so I order one of every kind.

This place has gone downhill and gotten cheap in the quality of food. Purchased two bbq pork buns and a roast pork rice plate. EVERYTHING was cold! Even the two bbq pork buns from the warmer were cold. The sauce on the broccoli coagulated on top of it to give you an idea of the coldness of the food. Also the broccoli wasn't even Chinese broccoli. Why not serve Chinese broccoli as shown as on the pictures? The Asian market is right across the street and they have plenty of Chinese broccoli or even other Asian vegetables. Very disappointing and will not go back when there are other places with roast pork. Bring back quality otherwise this place will be just another fading memory of the past.

This is my second time at Bakery Delight, and I would say it was quite delightful! My husband and I finished shopping at RN market around 4pm on Sunday, and were drawn to the "open" sign glowing outside the bakery. We just wanted a snack, and ended up getting the scallion pork floss bun, flaky charsu pie, and fried pork dumpling. The scallion bun was 4/5 on the tasty scale. Light and fluffy but with some crunchy sesame seeds. Savory pork floss with a little sweetness from the bun. The pork dumpling has a gooey mochi dough surrounding pork filling with a light fry on the outside. Great taste, and good ratio of pork to dough. This was a 4.5/5 for us! Lastly, we tried the charsu handpie, with super flaky, buttery crust and sweet charsu pork on the inside. This is not standard Chinese bakery fare, and we were excited to try something new. This was ok for us (3/5) but can appreciate the novelty of it! Service was fantastic, with the woman helping us answering all of our questions. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection still available despite it being late on a weekend. As many have mentioned, they are cash only. We spent $7 for 3 items, which is a win in my book.

This spot is the go to spot for bbq pork buns for all of Fresno. They are made freshly everyday and brimming with a happy family atmosphere. You can tell it's a family owned business & there is a hustle and bustle to the shop that makes you smile. Lol My mom has loved this place for over ten years & my sister I also love it. It is cash only and they do have an Instagram that showcases their new pastries! So I would definitely give it a follow. The ube puff cake!!! Ahhh. It was so good!!

This is a cash only establishment that specializes in Cantonese pastries, which is unexpected since the name is anglicized. Nonetheless, they offer a decent selection of pastries you would get in places like 85 degrees bakery chain, such as BBQ pork buns, etc. When we went, we were hoping to get some pineapple BBQ pork buns but they were out at 12pm, which either they did not make much that day or it is just that popular, so we settled for 4 egg tarts and a BBQ pork pastry. The egg tarts were $2.50 each and they were fairly small, so it felt a little bit pricey, but they were decent. The BBQ pork pastry is slightly flaky and a bit heavy, priced at $3.50, which is a better deal as they give a lot of BBQ pork filling - every bite you can easily overflow with BBQ pork. When I am in the area, because some of my family lives in Clovis, I do see myself partaking in various pastries here, and hopefully some of the pastries would make this a 5 star bakery - in the meanwhile, I just had a pretty okay, somewhat positive experience.

The bbq pork buns are mostly bread. It used to be loaded with meats. Not no more. I am disappointed to see an almost empty center when I got them yesterday. Services are always good and welcoming. They have more people working now so line goes by faster.
