Clean and friendly, updated dining. Great Pork Belly Banh Mi Sandwich. Best flavor and quality of meat and bread and flavor that I have had in Fresno. I also really like that they bring you a iced water decanter with metal drinking glasses. $8 sandwiches.

I love food Y.

I haven't been to this spot in over a year so was very surprised when I walked it and discovered it got a makeover! It used to a be a tiny hole in the wall behind pho 99 and although technically it still is, the interior and menu is completely new and modern! The menu has expanded ten folds Similiar to items offered in bigger cities. Items such as bun rieu cua (crab soup), canh chua and hotpot are rare items in the Central Valley so this is definitely an upgrade! Our waiter has phenomenal and welcoming of our family. He was attentive, kind and genuwine. Their pho broth is the better one compared to others on the same strip (there's like 5 other Vietnamese restaurants in the same center). I tried something new, their family style rib back pickled green soup and omg it was amazing! The portion was enough for 2! Next time to complete the meal I would get a meat dish, their vegetable dish (like rau mong) to complete the family meal to share! I am excited to try so many items on the menu!

Only had pho, it's decent, some of the meat used in the pho could use some more time, comes out too tough. The floors need a deep cleaning though, it is way too slippery. It becomes a safety issue when you have people on tables with hot broths and the floors are as slippery as it is. Would rate higher if I could actually enjoy my meal and not worry about falling.

Ordered the pork and egg roll vermicelli for my grandma , and when I bring it home only pork with no egg roll . My home almost 30 minutes away from the restaurant and because my grandma want it so I ordered it for her , she was so disappointed.

We came here on one of the busiest days, Father's Day. The wait wait for a table was about 15-20 minutes, which wasn't bad. What took really long was the ordering. We saw a table right next to us, that was seated after us had their order taken before our table. It took a while for us to be able to flag down an employee to take our order. The gentleman was very nice and apologized about the wait due to them being short staffed. After our order was taken, our food came out rather quickly. My sister ordered then bun rieu and it was amazing! Full of flavor, definitely one of the best in town. I ordered their pho and tried their broth without adding anything and felt that it was lacking flavor. My parents had the same pho but they seemed to enjoy it since they finished their whole bowl. Their shakes and Bambu desserts are great per usual. Overall, I'd go back and give them another shot.

Was my favorite pho place until inflation kicked in. Inflation where the prices for the pho and other items went up, but also the quality GREATLY decreased. At certain times of the day, the restaurant will have their A/C off and it causes the whole place to feel stuffy and hot. Combined with the fact that I'm getting a boiling hot soup bowl, it made me feel way more miserable than I should be. The soup has since changed from a light yellow broth to dark brown (indicating they are using powder to make their broth and not from pure broth bones anymore). The portions of the amount of noodles and other stuff in the soup have decreased. It doesn't matter if you upgrade the bowl to a large... the size now only changes the amount of soup they give you.

Alll I can say is WOW!! I can't believe their portions are so big and it was very reasonable (especially with prices going up on food) all of our portions were huge. Everything was delicious and so fresh. Great service too!! If I lived in this area - i would be here everyday . The Bun Bo Hue deserves a special shout out because it was the best BBH I have ever tasted at a restaurant (I usually prefer to make my own because it's always sub par but this one was worth its weight in gold and why make it when it's this reasonable and delicious (without slaving in the kitchen)

HOLY COWWWWW! Hands down. The BEST pho I've ever had!!! Broth was on point. Plenty of meat portions. The bone marrow was huge and full of meat. Cannot wait to have their pho again. -There are maybe 3 other pho places in this shopping center so it's easily to miss this place but remember that they are part Bambu and part Nho Kitchen.

BEST BUN BO HUE EVER!!! It was so spicy and I love it!! The chao was alright but I mainly came for BBH. Their Bambu desserts were kind of really pricey from what I remember when I went to the actual bambu store.

IMO & Personal Experience: This establishment was amazing pre-covid but after stopping by for lunch last week I will no longer return back and no longer refer this restaurant to any friends or family. Recently sanitation & hygiene safety is becoming an issue with this establishment, which is probably due to new owners but this restaurant is becoming run-down business. 1. The tile floor is unsafe to walk on even if I have new Vans on! The floor feels and looks like it is covered in layers of filth/dirt and spilled water, as if they have not mopped or cleaned for weeks. 2. I sat next to the window with my partner and immediately noticed a fly problem! My partner killed a fly that was bothering us and it was carrying 10+ live larvae that were splatter on the table! Imagine if those larvae hatched in the kitchen! We quickly disinfected our table, everything and left because we were not comfortable with the amount of filth and flies. 3. The windows have seen better days, as they are caked with grime and flys waiting to land on your food. 4. More than once, employees are seen smoking right by the front door/ window that you start getting 2nd hand smoke inside of the building as your eating your food. Use this information however you want but I suggest the owner needs to see this review and address their general requirements for sanitation if they want to keep new/returning customers.

Hands down, the best restaurant pho I've ever had! So much flavor and so much meat. Never skimpy!!

$17.25 chicken wings. Beware. Check the price before you order. I know chicken wings are expensive, but i didn't think it would be this expensive.

This place is one of my to go place for bun bo hue. It's decent compared to other places. Compared to nho #2, I've been here twice, so far they have been consistent with my order. Portion wise, they are generous with the protein. Veggies wise, I liked how it has banana flowers with bean sprouts, mints, and lettuce. Soup is okay, sometimes can be a hit or miss. For example last time mine wasn't too oily or red like the one in the picture. This time is a bit more. Overall the taste is still consistent. Would love to try their other dishes.
